Knucklas Castle Community Land Project Posted on 28 November 2016 by Kevin28 November 2016

Our annual Wassail will be on the 21st January 2017.
This fun event starts from Castle Green, goes through the village to the orchard, where our Wassail king will bless the trees and ask for another good harvest.
Then all down to the pub for some Wassail singing.
See you there!

Many thanks to Mark Walters for this new view.

It raises some interesting questions about the way the castle has been used over the many years of its existence.
